How do Pre-Orders work?
Pre-orders will ship between 2-3 weeks. Your card will not be charged until items are shipped. An email will be sent out as soon as your order ships with tracking information.

Where are you located?
We are located in Boyd, Texas.  Our office and warehouse address is 816 CR 4698, Boyd, TX 76023.

How long will it take for my orders to arrive?
Orders may take between 2-7 business days to arrive. Pre-orders take between 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet but we are working on it!

Can I change my order?
Please email us at party@partywest.com with subject line “Order Change”. We will try our best to help you out! Please note that all orders are shipped out by 1:00 PM CT. Once orders are packed and shipped, we will not be able to change the order. The same applies for wrong addresses. We will try our best to remedy the problem!

Can I add to my order after the order has already been placed?
Please place another order online and we will try to consolidate the orders before they are shipped! Additional shipping charges will be refunded if we are able to consolidate your orders.

Can I return part of my order?
Yes! We want you to be happy with your order. If the products you purchased did not work out or you simply bought too much, we will issue a full refund for unopened items in new and unused condition. All returns must be requested and shipped within 30 days of purchase. Please ship items back in a sturdy box as damaged products cannot be accepted. Please note, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you work with ambassadors or bloggers?
Yes! We love to work with great people that will share the quality and authenticity of our products. Please email us at party@partywest.com with subject line “Marketing”.

Will you share or sell my personal information?
Absolutely not! We will only use your information to ship your items and to contact you if we have questions. We will not share your name, email, phone number, or address with any third parties unless required by law.

Do you offer a discount for event planners?
Yes! We offer a special discount for event planners. Please email us at party@partywest.com with subject line “event planning” for more information!
